Shipping Policy

Refund Policy
At Friendly Farming, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photo evidence. Once the issue is verified, we will issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellation may not be possible.
